Co-Workers

Had our January Co-Worker Sandals gathering last night.  It was awesome as we had 5 new women attend.  The topic was Silence as a way to get to what is Essential in our lives.  I presented, had some sharing, and then Hilda led a guided meditation. We all felt we were being led to more stillness to further our contemplative call.

Winter Blahs

Here I sit in my home office - doing email and deskwork - lots to do and not much energy to do it - except to get it done.  Wish the sun would shine - just realizing that I might have a touch of the SAD - seasonal affective disorder - not quite up to par with these overcast days.  Saw the amazing exhibit Bodies last week - was great and I thoroughly recommend it.  Went to the Seattle Public Library - awesome architecture and great views of the city.  Also  explored the new Seattle Art Museum exhibit on the waterfront - the Olympic Art - much to see and admire.  Guess I have been getting out some.
